Cone Beam 3D imaging is a new technology that allows the dentist to see detailed, three-dimensional images of your teeth, bones and soft tissues.!

Not every patient that visits us will need a 3D x-ray but we often take this image for some of the following reasons:

Accurate planning and placement of implants
Evaluation of your maxillary sinuses
Planning for extractions
Tooth fractures
TMJ issues
Detecting abscesses or pathology

Getting a 3D image taken is easy and takes less than a minute. There’s no discomfort at all while the machine rotates 360 degrees around you to capture all the necessary angles. We believe our patients deserve the best technology in modern dentistry and this allows us to best serve you and your needs!
